How to change the graphics card in my hp artist edition and which graphics card would be best?
I have hp artist edition dv2800t notebook. The graphics card currently in it is not integrated. I wanted to know where I could take it to change out the card and which card would best fit that has 256 dedicated memory or more. Again the card currently in it is not integrated and I want to know where I can take it to get a better card and which card would be best. Also the graphics card is not built in. If you look the card up it is similar to a regular desktop graphics card.

- Integrated just means that the laptop shares your computer's memory rather than providing its own. Laptop graphics card are not changeable unfortunately.
- Some laptops can have their graphics cards changed. Contact HP customer support about it. If you can get a replacement, I would recommend a 512 MB NVIDIA card. That would be more than adequate for most people.
